You are viewing my handmade burp cloth.  They are made with 2 layers of soft very absorbent  flannel.  This flannel get softer and softer the more you wash it. The burp cloths are hourglass shape, they burps are approximately 20″ long  &  7″ at the narrowest part or 18 1/2″ long & 6″ at the narrowest part.  I  have been making these burp cloths for over 30 years for my licensed childcare home.  They are made very well and they will withstand lots of washing.  The flannel on the back coordinates with the front, it might not be exactly what is shown.  The burp cloths are made just like my flannel blankets.  They are not serge.  They are sewn and then turned right side out and a decorative stitch is put around the outside.  Check out my flannel blankets and wash cloths, all made out of the same flannel.
